Excellent co-operating staff with the service by the reception staff, spotless room. Tourist area, very central location next to other restaurants located nearby and main metro or sky-trains.

100% recommend for an overnight stay
Spacious suite, clean suite, with a big jacuzzi and a friendly staff that assisted us whenever we needed something, along with complimentary wi-fi, made our stay very convenient.
Nothing everything was great.

Staff were very friendly. We were put in a room on the 'smoking floor', when we alerted the front desk, they apologised and promptly upgraded us to a bigger room in the non-smoking floor at no extra cost. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The floors are well secured as you need a room key to go up the elevator. The Tuk-tuk lift to Emporium is nice.
The linen is starting to look old. A few pots and pan in the kitchenette would have been nice.

The family suite was spacious and clean, with an very nice breakfast that had plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and prompt, our luggage was delivered quickly. I experienced some issues with room maintenance that could use improvement, and additional transportation options for nearby attractions would have been helpful.

I book a junior suite in this hotel the room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff are helpful and very polite and charming smiles. The hotel security is good and you need to put your room card into the elevator slot to get up to the room so the there will be no undesirable people can get up to the room floor.
The hotel is a bit far from the bts,sky train,is a 25 minutes from the hotel to the bts.Although the hotel provide shuttle service to the nearest bts but it's only till 9.30pm.The room do not have baggage stand for my suit case and I have to put my suit case on the floor.

We spent 3 nights in a Deluxe Suite and it was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and the living area had floor to ceiling windows with a view. Was great value for the room rate too. Many hotels nearby were charging the same rate for a basic hotel room. Would highly recommend the Deluxe Suite to couples visiting Bangkok. The week earlier we booked a family suite for 6 nights and the room was very comfortable. The only down side was with 2 adults and 2 teenagers sharing, one bathroom was occasionally a challenge. The washing machine for clothes was fantastic to have. My children returned home before we did and as we had a few more things to do in Bangkok we moved to the Deluxe Suite for our last 3 nights.
The free Wi Fi in the room was one of the reasons we chose this hotel but unfortunately the internet reception was quite poor so it was slow to use and when we tried to speak to people on Skype there were constant drop outs.

The staff were lovely, the room was big and although it was quite far down Soi 24, there was a good tuk tuk service to the Skytrain station. The pools were really nice (although a bit inconveniently located)
Room smelled of smoke (although had asked for non-smoking room), the pool was inconvenient to get to.

The stay was a huge surprise; for the money paid it was royalty. We were a group of 8 who stayed at the Suite; big spacious room, nice toilet with shower & tub, a kitchen for cooking; a nice living room with dining; perfect for a family. Beyond all that, the service was just amazing; from the reception to house keeping; the bell desk people are really nice; the icing is the Club lounge with a hearty breakfast and snacks through the day; the ladies there are great hosts. Thanks to President Park staff; this is my place of stay if I visit Bangkok again

comfortable and good breakfast
We noticed that there were very few guests and many of the rooms were not occupied,,but still my request to to checkout 2hrs late was refused. The lady whom i approached at reception accepted my request but one of her colleague interfered, and then she had to refuse. I expect they co operate with customers in future.

Great for couples looking for a nice stay
The front desk service here was really good, one time a lady helped me upgrade to a beautiful room and it was enormous with a great balcony that really made a difference for our family. The breakfast was great too, they cooked eggs for you right on the spot, and you had all kinds of fresh ingredients to choose from. It brought me back to better times and I actually enjoyed mornings in a hotel for once.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you know what, sometimes you gotta pay for quality.
